ACC recently completed the assignment for the planning, designing and construction supervision of the Saindak Copper-Gold Project Township at Saindak near Iran border. This project involved  designing and construction supervision of all infrastructure, water supply & sewerage, roads, electrification, mosques, clubs, telecommunication building,  shopping centers, housing for bachelors, married quarters, official residences, central mess, hospital (including all necessary equipment), school and parks. The township is spread over a four square kilometre area. The consultancy included preparation of design and tender documents for each phase of the works, pre - qualification of contractors for the civil works, bid evaluation and recommendation to the client for award and then construction supervision.

Urban township projects completed are the Railview Housing Colony  Rawalpindi, Pakistan

The Gulshan - e- Rail Housing society, Lahore covering master planning, survey and infrastructure development including water supply and sewerage, roads, electrification and utilities planning.

 The ADB funded NWFP Urban Development Project for 7 towns focused on urban planning, design of infrastructure, institutional strengthening, capacity building, and participatory urban development and infrastructure services
